Lemon Sunshine Dessert Bar

Lemons are abundant in our desert world this month.  Actually they are dropping off the trees, while still .50 cents each in my local grocery store???  Anyway, these lovely Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins, along with some fresh Blueberry Muffins were perfect for the Lady's Luncheon order being delivered this morning.  It's been raining for 2 days, but somehow these make me feel like it's warm & sunny.
